Shipping Policy

At Plant Based For Life Bakery, we take great care in preparing and packaging your fresh, plant-based treats. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped shortly after to ensure quality and freshness. Because many of our items are perishable, we use secure, food-safe packaging and may include insulated materials when needed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered. We currently offer local delivery, market pickup, and select shipping options. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. Please double-check your shipping information; we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during transit or receiving the wrong item—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details, and we will do our best to make it right. For custom orders and catering, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a credit or partial refund.
